Dr. Anatoli Tziola earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering focusing on Robotics and Autonomous Systems from the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), Limassol, Cyprus, in 2024 under the supervision of Prof. Savvas G. Loizou at the RCDS Laboratory and Digital Innovation Hub. She received her Engineering Diploma from Democritus University of Thrace, Xanthi, Greece, in 2017.
Dr. Anatoli's research interests span Robotics and AI including task planning, multi-agent systems, automata theory, formal methods, discrete event systems and supervisory control. Her research develops the methodologies for autonomous task planning and scheduling of multi-agent systems. Part of her research focuses on developing task planning methodologies with applications in the robotization of manufacturing logistics to provide industrial recommendations. Her research is partially supported by European Union's research and innovation programs CIRCULOOS (Horizon Europe, 2023-2026), Better Factory (H2020, 2020-2024) and L4MS (H2020, 2019-2020).
